This pack recreates the chunky pixel pointers from a certain late 90s RTS, right down to the animated busy cursor that actually loops instead of freezing. You get the classic arrow, targeting reticle, and drag states, all in crisp AVIF. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, and it is a fan-made skin with no official affiliation with any studio. If you spent school nights macroing Zerg rushes on dial-up, this will feel like home.
