This pack recreates the classic late 90s RTS pointer in an extra large size, with the animated hand and targeting states from old sci-fi strategy games. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, so the animations play everywhere, not just inside a game. patsessions built it from lab0102's open source pack, and it's a fan project with no official franchise affiliation. Retro RTS fans and people who want a bigger cursor on high resolution screens will like this one.
