This one is a community port of Posy's well known black cursor set, originally made by Michiel de Boer and shared here with full credit by geegamr. The pointer is a smooth matte black with a thin light outline, so it stays readable on both dark and bright backgrounds, and the busy spinner runs a clean animated loop. It works as a live desktop cursor via Mouse X on Steam, a solid pick if you keep everything in dark mode.
