This one takes the standard pointer and wraps it in a glowing neon outline that slowly cycles through colors against a solid black body. The animation runs as a live desktop cursor via Mouse X on Steam, so the glow keeps shifting while you work or browse. If your setup leans dark theme with RGB accents, it fits right in.
