A chubby pixel art duck sits where your regular white arrow used to be, waddling and bobbing as an animated GIF. Made by MrChezzMan, who says pixel art is not really his thing but he loves big round ducks, and honestly it shows in a charming way. The cursor also reacts when you click, so it never feels static. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, a good fit if you like goofy, cheerful desktops.
