A tiny pixel art tooth with a face floats around your screen instead of the usual arrow. It sits nicely against dark wallpapers, and it reacts when you click, doing a small wiggle before settling back down. Morvynneth drew each frame by hand in a soft, slightly gloomy style that still reads as cute.
