Made by Artdjoy, this one keeps things simple: a small minimalist pointer that cycles through soft color shifts as it sits on your screen. The animation comes from an AVIF image, so the color changes stay smooth without eating your resources. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, replacing the standard Windows arrow. Good fit if you play games and want a pointer that stays easy to track but adds a little color.
