If you spend a lot of time in Teyvat, this cursor brings a bit of that feeling to your desktop. Adapted by soyoker from Sam Toki's open source cursor set, it swaps the standard Windows arrow for a clean pointer with soft animated accents in gold and starry blue, including a spinning busy indicator. Through Mouse X on Steam it runs as a live desktop cursor, so the animation plays everywhere you point. Fan made, with no official franchise connection.
