This one swaps your pointer for a tiny animated pixel art Ralsei, the fluffy goat boy, complete with a little loop that keeps him moving while you work. Made by ddd99909 from an original design by cM1ke, it runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, so he follows you around all of Windows. A fan creation with no official ties to any franchise, and an easy pick if you like Deltarune or soft pixel characters in general.
