Niko took the standard Windows 11 arrow and rebuilt it as chunky pixel art, white with a thick black outline so it stays easy to spot on any background. The animation is subtle, a small shimmer that runs across the pointer every few seconds without getting distracting. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, so it follows you everywhere, not just in one app. Good pick if you like retro looks but still want something clean and readable.
