Neon Mouse puts a tiny pixel mouse, outlined in bright glowing colors, on your screen in place of the usual white arrow. The look is simple and retro, like something off an old arcade sign, and since it is a static image it stays crisp at any speed. Made by K4dgamer45, it runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, so it follows you through every app and game menu. Good pick if you want color without clutter.
