A tiny pixel runner jogs in place right at your pointer tip. Marathon keeps things minimalist, a small light-toned sprite with a soft animation loop that stays readable on bright wallpapers and white documents. Made by 0Xakep, it runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, so the little runner keeps moving everywhere Windows shows your mouse.
