Meg put together this fan-made set using cursor art from cursors-4u, so your pointer turns into the familiar golden gauntlet arrow from League of Legends, with animated variants that shimmer as you move. It runs as a live desktop cursor via Mouse X on Steam, so the animation plays everywhere in Windows, not just in a preview window. A fun pick if you spend more time on the Rift than you'd admit.
