This one swaps your pointer for a tiny pixel art doro that stays animated while you work, so the little sprite keeps looping even when you are just reading. Megumin built it from GIF and AVIF frames, and Mouse X on Steam runs it as a live desktop cursor over any app. If you like anime mascots and retro pixel style, it adds a small bit of charm without getting in the way of clicking.
